AXE Management Partners has sold a portfolio of three hotels located in central Osaka to real estate firm Creal for approximately JPY 21 billion, according to KrASIA. The portfolio includes a total of 518 rooms and the transaction was finalized on July 31, 2026.

KrASIA reports that this sale price is nearly double the amount AXE originally paid for the properties in 2024, when it acquired them from CapitaLand Ascott Trust for JPY 10.7 billion. The transaction figures were initially disclosed by Mingtiandi.

This deal highlights growing investor confidence in Japan's hospitality sector, particularly in major urban centers like Osaka, reflecting broader trends in the country's real estate market as it recovers post-pandemic.
