The EUR/HUF currency pair is currently consolidating above the 360 level after reaching an interim low close to 348 in June, according to FX Street citing Societe Generale analysts. This movement indicates a period of stability following prior volatility.

However, the pair remains capped by the 200-day moving average, which sits around 370 to 371. A decisive breakout above this resistance zone would be necessary to signal the potential for a more sustained upward trend, FX Street reported.

For Japanese investors and traders, monitoring such European currency pairs is important as fluctuations in emerging market currencies like the Hungarian forint can influence risk sentiment and cross-asset flows in Asian markets.
