The USD/CHF currency pair extended its gains for the second consecutive day, trading around 0.8320 during European hours on Tuesday, driven by strengthening US Dollar momentum amid ongoing geopolitical tensions, according to FX Street.

On Monday, the pair had consolidated in a narrow range near 0.8310 after failing to push lower, maintaining a tight trading band. United Overseas Bank strategists, including Quek Ser Leang and Lee Sue Ann, expect the pair to continue sideways movement within the 0.8245 to 0.8365 range in the near term.

For Japanese investors, the USD/CHF's stability amid global uncertainties offers a reference point for managing currency risk, especially given the yen's sensitivity to shifts in US Dollar strength and geopolitical developments.
