Anthropic has officially filed its IPO prospectus after weeks of market speculation, according to MIT Technology Review. The filing is a comprehensive 335 pages long, with approximately 100 pages dedicated to outlining potential risks associated with the company and its operations.

Earlier this month, Jack Clark, cofounder and head of policy at Anthropic, addressed the International Monetary Fund meeting in Bangkok, emphasizing the company's strategic direction. The concept of technological singularity, which underpins much of Anthropic's vision, was originally introduced by Vernor Vinge around 40 years ago, MIT Technology Review noted.

For Japanese investors, Anthropic's detailed risk disclosure may signal a cautious approach amid growing interest in AI-related equities and the evolving regulatory landscape in both domestic and international markets.
