Mech-Mind Robotics has launched its initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, offering a total of 23,140,590 H shares at an indicative price range of HKD 95.3 to 101.7 per share, equivalent to USD 12.2 to 13.0 each, according to KrASIA. The Hong Kong public offering portion consists of 1,157,040 shares, while the international tranche includes 21,983,550 shares. The public subscription will close at noon on August 27.

The company also granted an overallotment option for up to 3,471,060 additional shares, representing about 15% of the base offering. If priced at the top end and with the option fully exercised, Mech-Mind Robotics could raise approximately HKD 2.7 billion (USD 344.4 million) before fees and expenses. Trading on the Main Board is expected to commence on September 1 under stock code 09615.

This IPO highlights growing investor interest in robotics and automation sectors, a trend also gaining momentum in Japan’s technology markets, where automation continues to be a key driver for industrial innovation and FX/stock investor focus.
