In a related development, China’s cyberspace authorities have confirmed that seven generative AI services designed for smartphones have completed regulatory registration. These include Apple Intelligence, Huawei’s Xiaoyi, Oppo’s AndesGPT, Vivo’s BlueLM, Xiaomi HyperAI, Samsung’s Galaxy AI, and ByteDance’s Doubao, which is designed for Nubia smartphones, KrASIA reported.
