SiliconFlow has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under Chapter 18C, marking its intent to go public as a pre-commercial company, according to KrASIA. The filing was made on the final day of the second quarter.
Joint sponsorship for the initial public offering is being handled by Huatai International and Haitong International, KrASIA reported. SiliconFlow gained recognition as the platform that first deployed DeepSeek’s V3 and R1 large AI models on Chinese-made chips, positioning itself within the emerging AI hardware-software ecosystem.
For Japanese investors, SiliconFlow’s IPO highlights growing regional interest in AI infrastructure firms leveraging domestic semiconductor technology, a sector closely watched amid evolving geopolitical and supply chain dynamics in Asia.
