TuringQ has officially started its A-share IPO journey by signing an IPO counseling agreement with Guotai Haitong Securities, according to KrASIA. This agreement, finalized on July 24, marks a significant step as the company prepares to enter China’s public markets.

IPO Zaozhidao notes that TuringQ is the third quantum computing firm, following Origin Quantum and QBoson, to launch an A-share IPO process. The company aims to raise around RMB 100 million, targeting a listing by 2025.
