The US Dollar strengthened against the New Zealand Dollar and Japanese Yen on Wednesday following hawkish remarks from the US Federal Reserve. According to FX Street, the NZD/USD pair dropped to around 0.5710 during early European trading hours, reflecting the dollar's advance.

Meanwhile, the USD/JPY pair rose by 0.2% to trade near 157.70 during the European session, as the greenback continued to gain momentum. The US Dollar Index also climbed to approximately 100.70 in Asian hours, marking its third consecutive day of gains, FX Street reported.

For Japanese investors, the dollar's strength against the yen underscores ongoing market sensitivity to Fed policy signals, which may influence currency strategies amid current equity and FX market conditions.
