TOKYO, August 21, 2026 - (JCN Newswire) - Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (hereafter, Mitsubishi Motors) announced that Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC), its subsidiary in the Philippines, began sales of the Outlander Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle crossover SUV (Outlander PHEV) in the Philippine market. The launch marks the first introduction of the current-generation Outlander PHEV in the ASEAN region.

The Outlander PHEV is Mitsubishi Motors' flagship model, bringing together the company's advanced electrification and all-wheel control technologies.
